Slow simmered meat sauce made with ground chuck from our butcher atop a layer of pasta, and topped with béchamel. Commonly referred to as "Greek Lasagna".
FULLY BAKED, FROZEN
Reheat: oven 375°, until warmed throughout (approx. 25-30 min)
PRO TIP: THAW, KEEP LID ON DURING REHEAT
Ingredients: ground chuck (beef), spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove), onion, bay leaf, e.v. Greek olive oil, tomato, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper. Pasta (durum wheat semolina). Béchemel (milk, flour, eggs, butter, spices)
