Our phyllo pies include a heaping 2-ounce scoop of assorted fillings wrapped with buttery, flaky phyllo dough. Each triangle is folded by hand and makes the perfect hand-held appetizer pastry.

sauteed leek w/ housemade 'mizithra' farmers cheese
fresh spinach sauteed w/ onion, scallion, fresh dill & feta
blend of ricotta, feta & parmesan cheeses w/ fresh dill
all triangles are brushed with butter
*filling contains raw egg (cook throughout)
Baking your Phyllo Pie
In an oven or air fryer, place frozen phyllo pies during preheating to 'relax' phyllo while the oven warms. Bake at 375-400 degrees until phyllo is a nice medium-dark golden color. Approx 30 min.
