We’ve vended alongside Chris’ Marketplace for many years at several Farmers Market and with July 4th here, we couldn’t help but add their delicious crab cakes to our lineup!

Get the perfect crab cake every time!

Here are cooking instruction to best enjoy your crab cakes:

1. Pre-heat your oven to broil (do not bake)
2. Place your crab cakes on a baking sheet (no need to add oil/butter)
3. Place baking sheet 5 to 6 inches from the broiler
4. Allow crab cakes to brown for 5 to 7 minutes, no turning necessary
