slow cooked grass fed beef ground chuck* with spices, tomato and onion, tubular pasta, béchamel (milk, flour, eggs, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt & pepper)
*fully baked and frozen.
TO REHEAT: 375° until warmed throughout. I like to keep the lid on for the most part, removing the last few min. If you place in the oven from frozen, put it in during the preheat time so it starts to thaw.
