This Greek prime sea salt is harvested at the salinas of Messolonghi - an unpolluted, natural habitat of wild life in western Greece protected by the Ramsar Treaty, and a natural source of vital elements for good health and a rich flavor palette.

Pyramid shape flakes.  Use as a finishing salt or at the end of cooking. Just crush it gently between your fingertips.
