Without a doubt, this cheese is making its debut on our online store! My husband's family is from Cyprus where this cheese originated and when he introduced it to me almost 20 years ago, I knew he was a keeper ;)
Enjoy as-is, grill or pan-fry and enjoy with a fresh squeeze of lemon (the Cypriot way!)
Also delicious on crusty bread with sliced cucumber, tomato, drizzle of olive oil. Add a smoky or cured meat for a flavor-packed sandwich.
