Local yogurt, strained in-house. Slightly tart, rich and creamy. Ingredients: 100% Jersey Cow milk, cultures.
Farm style cultured milk by our friends at Keswick Creamery (Pa.). After we strain it, we usually use it as the yogurt base in our tzatziki. Now available in it's delicious, pure plain form. Pair with honey, fruit and nuts, or make it savory! Easy to cook with; creamy sauces, baking.
