    INGREDIENTS:  yellow split pea / onion / greek bay leaf / e.v. greek olive oil / sea salt / caramelized onion (onion, e.v. greek olive oil, salt) + caper garnish  
    note: not made with fava bean, rather a traditional Greek hummus-like dip called "fava"

    PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:  alongside baked or fried fish, grilled lamb, grilled or roasted vegetables, add to any grazing board along with other dips, olives, pita bread, etc.
