Olive Oil Blistered Cherries with Zucchini Noodles

- cherry tomatoes, halved
- zucchini noodles
- extra virgin greek olive oil
- smoked chili flake
- salt & pepper
in a skillet, warm up some olive oil to cook zucchini a couple of minutes to soften slightly.  remove from heat.  add a little more olive oil to pan, get hot enough to drop in cherry tomatoes sliced side down until sear forms.  turn over to sear dome side slightly (but don't allow tomato to cook down -- key is hot pan for quick "fry").  add to zucchini, sprinkle smoked chili flake, salt & pepper to taste.  also great served with sliced sausage!
