- cabbage, 1 head thinly sliced
- extra virgin Greek olive oil, 3 tbsp
- whits wine vinegar, 3 tbsp
- greek honey, 2 tbsp
- greek/strained yogurt, 1-2 tbsp
- poppy seeds, 1 tbsp (optional)
- Greek sea salt, to taste
In a small sauce pan, warm honey until fluid. Whisk together with remaining dressing ingredients, pour over cabbage. Let sit for about 10-15 min for cabbage to soften. Enjoy, or portion and store in fridge up to 2 days.
