Back-To-School: Snack Attack

The only back-to-school shopping list you actually need! Back-to-school means homework + baseball practice + violin lessons + playdates, etc. AKA juggling a million things and no extra time for extra complicated snacks. I've curated a little list of snack ideas for you, full of Greek sweet + savory goodness, to make snacking with the kids as easy as 1-2-3. 

On the sidelines with other parents during an afterschool soccer practice? The Mediterranean Sampler (pictured above) is easy to make, great for sharing, + easy to pack into a large Tupperware for on-the-go snacking. It's full of protein, plant-based goodness, veggies + dried fruits, handcrafted pita bread + a little feta dip. Add whatever your heart desires. The more variety, the better. 

  

Have ten minutes before you rush out the door to take the kids to practice? Here's a quick + healthy snack (pictured above): Greek yogurt (I love this brand) drizzled with a naturally sweet organic honey loaded with health benefits + topped with protein-packed rolled oats and/or granola.

Plopped at the kitchen counter trying to help with math homework? Mini appetizer medley for your minis is perfect for a little extra brain boost power (pictured above). Nutritious + delicious.
