Here's a FUN list {with links) of 10 of my favorite things to do in DC in June:
1. Go to a ⚾NATIONAL'Sor ⚽DC UNITED game (kid-friendly too...my son LOVES it). Make it a family affair + enjoy a sunny day at the stadium. 2. Picnic w/a Greek charcuterie board (PITA BREAD + lots of DIPS + cheese + a crisp bottle of wine🍾) at Gravelly Point Park + watch airplanes soar above 3. Walk through Rock Creek Park with friends and Messi (my furry friend) 🐕 4. Assume a new identity at The INTERNATIONAL SPY MUSEUM🔍 It's probably one of my favorites because it's interactive + great for ALL ages 5. Wander around + learn at the different Smithsonian Museums🏛️: the NMAAHC + the SAAM+ the NASM+ the NMAI. All super great museums. 6. Just be a tourist in the city: visit the White House, the Library of Congress, the National Mall, walk around + 🥙 eat from one of the many food trucks lined up 7. Spend an afternoon feeling Iike I'm in Europe, at my favorite Parisian bistro: LE DIPLOMATE for oysters + pommes frites with my friends 🦪 8. Romantic date night at the Watergate Hotel - TOP OF THE GATERooftop with 360-degree views of the DC Skyline. Excellent cocktails...🍸 9. Live performances 🎼 "JAZZ IN THE GARDEN" at the National Gallery of Art 10. Movies on the Potomac at the National Harbor, every Sunday. It's family-friendly AND it's also free admission!
